Spread the oat mixture onto the baking tray and bake for 25 or so minutes, until it's starting to dry out. Then remove the tray from the oven and let it sit out to crisp up. Once its cooled, transfer it to an airtight container. Store for up to 1 week.

To make this delicious granola, we dust our super grain clusters in cocoa, then mix them with dark chocolate chunks, a sprinkle of sea salt and a few more delicious ingredients. You can enjoy a bowl of granola with yogurt, honey, maple syrup, fruits, milk or as topping on desserts (i.e. crisp).
