  6. bake 20-25 minutes or until firm to the touch and pulling away from sides of pan. cool 15 minutes.
  7. remove sides of pan and cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  8. in microwave, carefully melt butter, honey, and chocolate. spread over tarte.
  9. chill at least 1 hour. remove from fridge about 20 minutes before serving. ** this allows you to get the crust off of the pan.
  10. can be topped with fruit, if desired.
