  9. Make ready 12 g hazelnut chocolate spread (sugar free if possible), melted,
  10. Take 1 tsp raw cacao nibs

Instructions to make Baked Proats (Banana & Chocolate Flavour):
  1. Preheat your oven to 180 (fan). Spray the skillet with oil and set aside.
  2. In a bowl mix together the oats, protein powder, baking powder, cocoa powder and the egg. Beat until a smooth paste is formed. Add around 70ml milk. Stir again until a lovely thick gloopy batter is created.
  3. Pour the batter into the skillet and spread out evenly to all sides then lay the bananas on top. Drizzle a little honey over the exposed parts of the banana. Sprinkle over the cacao nibs.
  4. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the oats are springy to the touch and risen. Leave to cool for a minute then drizzle over the melted chocolate spread. Eat and enjoy whilst still warm and gooey. :)
