Transfer pan juices and garlic cloves to amedium saucepan and boil until liquids reduce to a sauce consistency, about 6minutes. Cut hens in half lengthwise and arrange on plates. Spoon sauce and garlic around hens. Garnish with rosemary sprigs, and serve.
