The ingredients needed to make Garlic Rice:
  1. Get 350 grams Cooked white rice
  2. Prepare 2 clove Garlic
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp Butter (or beef tallow)
  4. Get 1 dash Krazy Salt
  5. Prepare 1 dash Black pepper
  6. Prepare 1 Parsley, watercress or shiso leaves
  7. Prepare 2 tsp Soy sauce
Instructions to make Garlic Rice:
  1. Mince the garlic and the parsley, watercress, or shiso! If you can, use fresh herbs! Put the butter and the garlic into the frying pan.
  2. Both the butter and the garlic burn easily, so be careful! Once the garlic becomes fragrant, add the rice.
  3. Stir it up!
  4. Today I used dried parsley. It tastes best if you use a lot! Season with Krazy Salt (regular salt is also fine) and pepper. Add the soy sauce for fragrance.
  5. Whoops. I ate all of it by myself.
