  1. In a bowl add lukewarm milk, sugar and yeast and keep aside until it blooms. If bubbling doesnt occurs you have killed the yeast or your yeast is expired so start over again.
  2. In a bowl add whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, milk powder, vital gluten, salt, oregano, chilli flakes, basil, rosemary and 1 tsp chopped garlic.
  3. Mix it and then knead a dough with yeat milk mix. Once the dough starts to combine add 1 tbsp butter.
  4. Knead the dough for 10-15 mins and then keep it in a bowl greased with oil and again brush some oil at top. Cover the bowl with cling and then allow it to rest for 1 hr.
