  4. Place in oven at 170c for 30-40 mins OR air fryer at 180c for 20 mins.
  5. Take out the garlic bulb and unwrap. The cloves should easily pop out.
  6. Place in a small dip bowl and coarsely smash. (You can blend this for a smoother consistency).
  7. Serve with your favourite toasted bread.

Cut about a half inch off the top of the garlic bulb. Place the bulb in a small baking dish. Drizzle the top with the olive oil. Place the garlic heads (cut side up) in a small baking dish. Pour the olive oil over the garlic.
