  2. Dice onion, green pepper, serrano peppers. Take the seed out of some of the serranos if you want to make it less spicy.

  5. Heat second frying pan at 60% and add some oil.
  6. Pour eggs into frying pan and fold in half after about 4 minutes. Cook for another minute until cooked through.
  7. Repeat the last steps to make a second omlette.
  8. Spoon out avacado and crush. Add a little salt and garlic salt.
  9. Put omelettes on plate and cover with pepper mixture. Then spoon a quarter cup of salsa on top of each omlette.
