  8. Add the egg mixture and cook for another 5 minutes on the stove help with the crust.
  9. Sprinkle the rest of the cheddar and add to the oven for 35 min.
  10. Once cooked leave it to cool completely before removing from pan.

I'm not sure why because frittatas are the best thing since sliced bread. It's like a fancy omelette, except way easier. Oh, it's time to get back to my kitchen! The cook off is over, my major project has been passed on momentarily and I The one thing I am so glad to get back to is healthy breakfasts in the morning, now that I have a little more time on my hands.
