  5. Season to taste and then add mushrooms and potatoes until potatoes are tender, add meat and heat through
  6. Serve with sourdough bread

Braise the onion in the oil, then add the carrot and pepper. Add the mushrooms, pour in more oil and braise them. Then add the potatoes and braise them too. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary and oregano. Pour over the steak and mushrooms.
