  6. Over low heat, combine pasta with garlic, anchovies, mushrooms and brocolli. Add baby arugula and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

Bring a large pot of water to boil over high heat. Add salt and then add the pasta. Cook according to the package directions. Using a spider or slotted spoon, strain the pasta directly into the mushroom mixture. Today I will be making Fusilli with broccoli.
