  4. After making onion brown add tomato and add all the spices together.stir the tadka until it starts spreading oil now add chopped mushrooms
  5. Add it to boiling spinach and stir for 4 to 5 minutes only.yummy healthy mushroom spinach is ready

Mix in Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, salt, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, nutmeg, and pepper. Place spinach in skillet and cook until just wilted. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; saute mushrooms and green onions until tender. Stir in spinach and pecans until spinach is wilted. Add the mushroom mixture, spinach, pepper, salt and grated Parmesan cheese; cook and stir until heated through.
