  16. Take 2 tsp Oil
  17. Get 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  18. Make ready 10 Cashews
  19. Make ready 1 Onion
  20. Get 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  21. Get Salt needed
  22. Prepare 1 Big Tomato
  23. Take 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

  26. Make ready 1/2 tsp Garam masala

  28. Take Mushroom Tikka in pan:
  29. Make ready 1/2 tbsp Butter
  30. Take 1 tsp Oil
  31. Prepare Marinated Mushrooms
  32. Get Salt
  33. Get 2 Bayleaves
  34. Take as needed Kasoori methi
  35. Get 1/2 tsp Sugar

  4. Then add Tomatoes & cook till mushy. Add Turmeric, Chilli, Cumin, Coriander & Garam masala powders. Let it cook for 2 mins. Remove from heat, cool & Grind to fine paste.
  5. In another pan, add Butter & Oil to fry the mushrooms. Once hot add the mushroom & fry till it is completely cooked. Set aside.
  6. In the same pan, add oil if needed. Add Bay leaves & fry for a minute. Then add the ground Onion Tomato paste. Cook for 2 mins. Add Water if needed.
  7. Then add the prepared Mushroom tikka into the sauce. Cook for 5 mins.
  8. Add Sugar. Check & adjust Salt. Then Garnish with Coriander or Dried Fenugreek leaves/Kasoori methi.
  9. Enjoy the delicious restaurant style gravy with Roti, Chapathi or Rice.

Basically, tikka refers to marinated and roasted/ grilled vegetables. Also, you can change vegetables as per your choice.
