- Take a pan heat up add olive oil once the oil is hot then add minced garlic sauté for 1 minute then add chopped onion again sauté for 3-4 minutes or golden brown
- Then add chopped tomatoes sauté for 5 more minutes once the tomatoes cooks mashy then add red chilly flakes, sugar, soya sauce and sauté for minute then add oregano (mixed herbs optional) and salt to taste mix everything together and add some water cover the lid and and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Sauce is ready
- Once the sauce is done then use this sauce to make pasta/spaghetti
