  1. Prepare 1/2 lb Green Chiles

  6. Make ready 1/2 lb Unseasoned Pulled Pork
  7. Take 1/2 can chopped tomatoes
Steps to make Green Chile Sauce:
  1. In a medium sauce pan, saute the onion and garlic in the oil over medium-high heat, until tender (about 3 minutes).
  2. Stir in the flour, cumin, salt and pepper and cook over medium heat, stirring, for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the stock and simmer until thick and smooth.
  4. Puree a small amount of chiles and add to sauce
  5. Chop remaining green chiles to desired consistency and add to sauce
  6. Add tomatoes and pork and additional stock to desired consistancy.
  7. Saute for 15 to 20 minutes
