Get Sliced lettuce
Take Pickled red onion (sliced up half of Red onions and add splash of vinegar and 1 tsp sugar, mix them up)

Drained and rinsed jackfruit, squeeze the juice out as much as you can, transfer to a big bowl and use 2 forks tear them apart.
1. Preheat the oven to 200c
Place jackfruit in a kitchen foil lay tray, add some hoisin sauce, Korean mayo, pinch of salt and pepper and mix well, you can use hand and mix them all until sauce coated the jackfruit evenly. Spray some vegetable cooking oil spray on.
1. Put it in the oven to roast for about 25-30 min. Mix them half way through.
1. Serve them in the warm baobun, add kimchi, lettuce, pickled onions and law and enjoy pulled jackfruit hoisin sauce.
