  3. Add the oyster sauce, water and sugar. Let it simmer for 5 minutes again. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tofu cubes before serving.

Remove the bean curd from the pan and place in a serving platter. Pour Mama Sita's Oyster Sauce over the fried bean curd. Garnish with spring onions before serving.
