  1. Cut red pumpkin into thin long pieces and chop ginger too. Put them in a pressure cooker
  2. Add 2 cups water and mix well. Cook for 3-4 whistles or till the pumpkin becomes soft. - Make purée when it cools down
  3. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add green cardamoms, black cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves and sauté till fragrant.
  4. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder,, salt, mix well and sauté for 1 minute.Cut green chillies diagonally and add to the pan.
  5. Add red pumpkin purée and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Cut paneer into 1 inch cubes and add to the pan. Add fresh cream and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Transfer into a serving bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
